KR Trends: Black and White Graphic

This cozy, casual outfit is great for the winter chill. The big, bold print of the cardigan really pops against simple pieces. My favorite element of this look is the oxford shoe. It's a chic play on menswear that is easily dressed up or down.

For those of you who are hesitant to buy printed pants for fear that it won't pair well with anything is your wardrobe, this one is a great option for you. It's a bold statement piece, but the neutral color palette makes it easy to dress. Keep tops and outerwear clean and simple with minimal embellishment, as seen here, but feel free to add a pop of color to mix it up! Also, wedges are a fabulous choice for dressing up without sacrificing comfort. Love the ankle strap on the ones here.

The jacquard short is definitely the star of this look. The main pattern is intricate and feminine, mixed with the print in the side panels, makes this an overall cool, trendy piece. I decided to style it with a classic button down for simple sophistication. The pointed shoe is great for elongating legs. And I chose a big, edgy watch and a bag with zipper detail to contrast an otherwise prim and proper look

Tuck a basic tee in a neat pencil skirt for a work appropriate look. Then, dress it up with a fabulous printed coat like you see here. This look also incorporates a beautiful striped necklace that would upgrade any bauble collection, and the mini Tambour bag that I had styled here and featured here.

This look refines the basic striped tee with a tailored blazer and stylish pointed-toe pump. Accessorize with a chunky necklace for a little glamour.

This look is functional for work and weekend wear. Layering cozy sweaters over collared shirts is a timeless combination that I never get sick of seeing. The lace detail of the sweater is a sweet, girly touch. In contrast, the necklace makes a more sleek and modern statement. I would love to rock this look just about anywhere, anytime.
Two trends that I enjoy pairing together are cropped tops and high-waisted skirts. Personally, I think it balances out my proportions much better (i got a really long torso and shorty, little legs). This outfit would look good with even just a sliver of skin exposed, but if that's not your cup of tea, no need to try it.

This is a smart, casual look that would transition well from day to night. The knit legging pants are super chic with its ribbed detailing and ankle zipper. It pairs beautifully with this jacket, a quality stunner in all white. The bag goes along with this week's KR trend and would make a versatile addition to any closet.
